What it is

Mentoring is one of the most effective ways to transfer knowledge and experience inside an organisation, but it loses impact when it is not organised and followed up.

Mirqat helps organisations design the programme, prepare mentors, match them with mentees and track meetings and goals, with regular reports for the programme manager.

We deliver Mentoring for government, semi-government, private and non-profit organisations in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar and across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, in person or online, in Arabic and English.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Mentoring

How is mentoring different from coaching?+

Mentoring relies on the mentor's experience and advice in a familiar field; coaching uses questions to help the person reach their own solutions.

How are mentors and mentees matched?+

By the mentee's goals, the mentor's expertise and criteria set by the organisation; matches can be reviewed and approved before the start.

Can we use our own mentors?+

Yes, that is the most common model. The platform provides organisation and tracking, and we can prepare mentors for their role.

How are results tracked?+

Through meeting records, goal progress, mentor and mentee surveys and regular programme reports.

How much does Mentoring cost?+

The cost depends on the number of participants, the scope and the tools used. We send a detailed quotation after understanding your needs — request a demo and you will receive it within two working days.

Do you offer Mentoring outside Riyadh?+

Yes. We serve organisations in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar and across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, in person or online.
