360 Feedback Coaching

A 360 assessment reveals the gaps; coaching turns them into change. The programme starts with the assessment, builds a development plan with a certified coach and ends with a second round that measures change.

What it is

Many leaders receive detailed 360 reports without knowing what to do with them. Without a debrief and a follow-up plan, most of the report's value is lost.

Here the coach reads the report with the participant, they choose two or three behaviours with the greatest impact, and the platform follows the steps until the second assessment round.

We deliver 360-Based Coaching for government, semi-government, private and non-profit organisations in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar and across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, in person or online, in Arabic and English.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about 360-Based Coaching

What does the coach do after a 360?+

The coach helps the participant understand the report without defensiveness, choose priorities, build a practical plan and follow it until re-assessment.

Can we use a 360 the organisation already ran?+

Yes. We can start from an existing 360 report or run the assessment on the platform.

When is the second round?+

After enough time for new behaviours to show; the timing is set when the programme is designed.

How is rater confidentiality protected?+

Results for a rater group are shown only when enough raters have responded, so no individual view can be identified.

How much does 360-Based Coaching cost?+

The cost depends on the number of participants, the scope and the tools used. We send a detailed quotation after understanding your needs — request a demo and you will receive it within two working days.

Do you offer 360-Based Coaching outside Riyadh?+

Yes. We serve organisations in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar and across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, in person or online.
