What it is

Executive coaching is a structured professional relationship between a leader and a certified coach. It starts from the real challenges the leader faces and aims to broaden perspective, develop leadership behaviour and improve the quality of decisions.

Mirqat runs the whole programme: diagnosis, sessions, follow-up between sessions, progress reports and impact measurement for the organisation.

We deliver Executive Coaching for government, semi-government, private and non-profit organisations in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar and across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, in person or online, in Arabic and English.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Executive Coaching

How is executive coaching different from training?+

Training transfers specific knowledge or skills to a group. Executive coaching is a one-to-one relationship that starts from the leader's real challenges and helps them reach their own decisions and develop their leadership behaviour in context.

How many sessions does a programme include?+

The number of sessions and the duration are set during diagnosis according to the leader's goals and the organisation's needs, and agreed in a three-way agreement before the start.

Are sessions in person or online?+

Sessions can be in person, online or blended. Scheduling, notes and follow-up are managed on the platform in all cases.

How is confidentiality protected?+

Session content stays between the leader and the coach. The organisation only sees the agreed indicators and general progress reports.

How is the impact measured?+

Impact is measured on the four Kirkpatrick levels, including a 360 assessment before and after the programme and the agreed performance indicators.

How much does Executive Coaching cost?+

The cost depends on the number of participants, the scope and the tools used. We send a detailed quotation after understanding your needs — request a demo and you will receive it within two working days.

Do you offer Executive Coaching outside Riyadh?+

Yes. We serve organisations in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar and across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, in person or online.
