Participants rehearse critical situations before they happen
Participants choose a situation — delegating, corrective feedback, conflicting priorities — and talk with a character that reacts to their approach. They then receive a score on each criterion with quotes from their own words, what they missed and better wordings. Organisation-specific cases are built in the simulation studio.

Yes. The AI coach, simulation lab and other tools can run on their own, or within a programme supervised by a certified human coach.
Can we build our own simulation cases?+
Yes. Cases are built in the simulation studio with characters and terminology from your workplace and their own scoring criteria.
Who can see journals and conversations?+
They are private to the participant. The programme manager only sees the agreed general progress data.
